GRPoints is managed by GrandeLife Inc. (Labuan), it is not a subsidiary of FINTECH BANK. GrandeLife Inc. is the official independent marketing services provider for its rewards program.
Each free membership comes with an account ID and password which allow access to an online member’s backoffice. You are able to review and manage your referral activities and grpoints transactions.
Yes, it has an expiry date of 12-months from the date of issuance. Any grpoints which are not redeemed will be automatically cancelled thereafter.

Your personal referral page will be automatically generated upon activation of your GRPoints account. You may share it with your contacts to help them signup with GRPoints.
The one-time onboarding fee for personal account is USD $200 and for business account is USD $2,000 respectively.
The Account Opening Fee is the required service fee charged by the Bank to process the opening of the applicant’s account and is not equivalent to an initial deposit. A separate deposit of fund, without a fixed required amount, is needed after the account is successfully opened to activate the eBanking facility.
The account opening for FINTECH BANK will be completed upon completion of the KYC (Know Your Client) process. Afterwhich you need to remit the required onboarding fee to GRPoints account at FINTECH BANK to fully activate your rewards program.
Both the GRPoints and FINTECH BANK website will be available in multiple languages. Further, customer support is currently equipped with English & Chinese speaking staff, and shall be expanding it’s language capacity as the market grows.
